Walls, ceilings and floors that are already closed

Retrieval relies on openings that are already present in the structure. Taking a blade to intact drywall, plaster or ceiling board is not a standard step here, and a carcass that has ended up somewhere with no existing route to it is reported as unreachable rather than converted into a demolition estimate. No making good is carried out on any surface that is opened.

Odour does not stop the moment the animal leaves

The moment the remains leave, the smell stops intensifying and the greater part of it departs with them. Residue held in whatever lay beneath continues to release for roughly two weeks afterwards. A claim of same-day normality belongs to some other line of work.
