One enquiry, one operator

What you send reaches the independent operator covering the address, and the inbox that runs this site. Nowhere else. Nothing is sold on, and nothing is fed into a marketplace that resells one job to a queue of contractors who then compete to reach you first. That practice is common in this trade and it is not what happens here.

The operator is a separate business. Once your details are with them, how they hold and use them is governed by their practices rather than this page.

The tracked line

The number on this site routes through call tracking, and calls are recorded. Kept alongside the recording are the number you called from, the date and time, how long you spoke, and the rough location your carrier attaches. Prefer not to be recorded? Use the form, mention it, and ask the operator for a direct number when they ring.

What the four visible fields capture

A name, a phone number, one of five options describing the situation, and an optional note. Nothing else is asked. There is no email field, no address field and no payment step anywhere on this site.

Hidden alongside it travels the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags on the link. It is information about how the visit happened, not about who you are.

Storage in your browser

No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixel. One entry goes into session storage to remember the first page of the visit and is gone when the tab closes. The page loads web fonts from Google, which sees an IP address as a result.

How long, and how to end it

Records are held while the job is live and while the routing can still be checked, then cleared. To have yours deleted before that, call 440-510-3171 or send the form and say so.

Children

Not directed at under-13s and nothing is knowingly collected from them.
