No page on this site states an arrival window, a response time, availability, a figure, or a guaranteed result, and none should be read as implying one. Those are the operator’s to give and they vary by the day and the job. Where an animal turns out to be sealed somewhere with no way to reach it, it may not come out at all, and a search sometimes ends without finding anything.

Your agreement is with the operator

This site advertises and books. An independent removal operator does the work, names the price, accepts or declines the job, sets the time, and holds their own insurance and permits. They contract with you directly. This site handles no money and cannot commit them to anything.

No credentials are asserted

Nothing published here claims a licence, insurance policy, bond, certification, training record or trading history, for this site or for any operator working through it. If those matter to you, put the question to the operator on the callback.

Municipal and legal detail

Where these pages describe what the City of Lorain, Lorain County or a state agency does, that was checked when written and is published so you can act on it yourself — including in the cases where the public route costs nothing. Departments change scope, numbers and hours without notice. Verify before relying. None of it is legal advice.
